Pricing   less than 1000 square feet is $150

             less than 1500 square feet is $200

             less than 2000 square feet is $250

             less than 2500 square feet is $300

                      every thing else is $350  plus a millage charge over 10 miles

Radon with a home inspection is $50, without is $75

Water test with a home inspection $50, without is $75 

We will do maintenance inspections also checking specific sections of your house addressing any problem you may or may not have.
